Within 90 days of purchasing, customers purchasing on or after 11/13/2010 may return their purchased product to Eagle Project Solutions, LLC. unused and in its original condition for a 110% refund credit.

Should a customer order multiple quantities within the same order, then decide to return all or more than one products within 90 days of purchasing, he/she is only entitled to a 110% refund credit for the first product returned, then a 100% refund credit for the remaining products.

The 110% refund credit offer does not apply to returning customers. Eagle Project Solutions, LLC. reserves the right to protect itself from abuse.

Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post carriers and include shipping insurance with tracking to ensure delivery.

All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
